A post on your FrumHealth.org page shows someone how you think before they decide to contact you. The hard part is usually not the writing. It is picking a topic and getting your thoughts in order. Your own AI can help with that part.
How it works
When you start a new post, the editor has a section called Need a topic? Think it through with your own AI. Each idea opens ChatGPT or Claude with a prompt. The AI asks you questions one at a time, then gives you an outline built from your answers. You write the post.
The prompts tell the AI not to write the post for you. The editor asks you to confirm each post is your own work, and that should stay true.
The ideas
- Something from this week. Something from your work that taught you something, or that clients keep asking about.
- How I work. One approach or method you use, who it helps, and what a session looks like.
- Research I follow. A study or idea in your field you find useful, and why it matters to the people you work with.
- A question I hear a lot. A question you get often from clients or their families.
- Working with the frum community. What you have learned that would help someone deciding whether to reach out.
Keep clients out of it
Every prompt tells the AI to keep out anything that could identify a client, and you are still the one responsible. In a small community, a changed name is not enough. An age, a neighborhood, a family situation and one unusual detail together can point to one person.
- Write about patterns you see across many people, not one case.
- If an example helps, make it general or compose it from several situations, and say so.
- Do not type a client's details into the AI chat to begin with. What you tell ChatGPT or Claude is held by OpenAI or Anthropic under their terms.
After you write
Read it once as someone who has never met you. If a sentence would only make sense to another clinician, say it more simply. Then preview and publish from the editor. Blog posts are part of a premium listing; see What to put on your therapy listing for the rest of your page.
