Listing is free, and a person reads every one before it goes live. Each provider gets their own page, built to be found by the people looking for them, with private encrypted chat right on it. Premium tools are there for providers who want more.

Most people in the community find a therapist by asking someone who knows someone. This is for when that doesn't turn anything up.
