Terms of use

A directory, and nothing more. FrumHealth.org publishes listings for therapists, wellness practitioners and community resources. We do not provide care, we are not a party to anything that happens between you and a provider, and we do not employ, supervise, refer or recommend anyone.

We do not check credentials, unless the badge says we did. Ordinary review covers completeness, appropriate content and a usable photo. Only a listing carrying the Verified badge has had its identity and licence checked, and only in the three specific ways set out on how trust works here. Everything else on a listing — years of experience, insurance panels, fees, approach — is the provider's own claim. Look up any licence yourself before starting care.

Not an emergency service. Never use this site in a crisis. See the crisis resources page or call your local emergency number.

Ranking is not for sale. No payment moves a listing up the directory or the Wellness Shadchan. Paid features add surfaces — a badge, posts — they do not buy position.

You need to be 18. The site is for adults. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to help you find care.

Nothing here is medical, psychological or legal advice. Not the listings, not the blog posts, not the matches the Wellness Shadchan returns, not anything we write. It cannot be, because none of it knows your situation. Decisions about your health belong with a professional who does.

A match is not a recommendation. The Wellness Shadchan compares the words you type against the words providers wrote about their own work. A high match means the language lines up. It is not a judgement about competence, fit, safety or outcome, and it is not us vouching for anyone.

No relationship is created by using this site. Reading a listing, chatting through it, or being matched does not create a clinical, professional or fiduciary relationship with us or with the provider. That begins only when you and a provider agree it does, directly.

Everything is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, FrumHealth.org and ITQIX Technology Group LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be available, uninterrupted, current or error-free.

Peer-to-peer features depend on things we do not control. Chat and video run browser-to-browser. Whether a connection succeeds depends on both parties’ devices, browsers and networks. Some networks block it entirely. Treat it as convenience, not as infrastructure you rely on.

Outside links are not ours. We link to provider websites, crisis lines and other resources. We do not control them, we are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

What you submit must be true. You confirm you are who you say you are, that you hold what you claim to hold, and that you are permitted to offer what you offer where you offer it. You keep your listing current, including whether you are accepting clients.

You give us permission to publish it. By submitting the enrollment form you grant ITQIX Technology Group LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, display, index, cache and distribute your listing on FrumHealth.org and in previews of it elsewhere, for as long as it is published and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups, caches and search-engine indexes we do not control.

We can decline, edit or remove a listing. At our discretion, with or without notice, including for reasons unrelated to these terms. We are not obliged to publish anything.

You can leave. Set your listing inactive on your form response or write to us and the page comes down at the next build. Copies may persist in third-party caches and archives we do not control.

Your key is your identity here. The private key in your browser is what proves a listing is yours. Anyone holding it can act as you: appear online as you, chat as you, and publish as you. Keep the backup safe, do not share it, and do not enter it on any site other than this one. We never receive it, which also means we cannot recover it for you — if it is lost, you generate a new pair and we update the public key on your listing. If you believe it has been copied, tell us and stop using it.

Do not misrepresent anyone. Including impersonating a provider, a patient, or us.

Do not scrape, resell or re-publish the directory. Listings are published so people can find care, not so the corpus can be lifted. Automated collection beyond ordinary search-engine crawling is not permitted.

Do not use chat to harass, solicit or spam. The chat exists so someone looking for help can reach a provider. Anything else is a misuse of it.

Do not attack the site. No probing, overloading, or interfering with the service or with anyone else’s use of it.

Do not send us health information. We are not set up to receive it and we do not want it. Keep clinical detail between you and your provider.

Premium subscription. A recurring subscription that unlocks publishing posts under your listing. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time and it runs to the end of the period already paid for.

Verification check. A one-time check of identity and licence, after which the listing carries the Verified badge. It covers exactly the three items listed on the trust page and nothing else.

Refunds. Fees already charged are not refunded, except where the law requires it or where we have plainly failed to deliver what was paid for. If you think that has happened, write to us and we will look at it.

Payments. Card payments are handled by Stripe. ITQIX Technology Group LLC does not receive or store your card details.

Prices change. We may change what things cost. A change applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

Losing a feature is not a refund event. If we suspend or withdraw access to publishing — for these terms or for any other reason — the rest of the subscription continues and the fee stands.

It is yours, and it is your responsibility. You keep ownership of what you write. You are responsible for its accuracy, for having the right to publish it, and for anything that follows from it. By publishing you confirm the work is your own, is not copied from anyone else, and does not infringe anyone’s rights.

You grant us a licence to publish it. A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, index, cache and distribute the post on FrumHealth.org and in previews of it elsewhere, for as long as it is published and for a reasonable period afterwards in backups and caches.

What must not go in a post. Anything false or misleading; anything that identifies a client or reveals confidential information; guarantees of outcome; content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing or obscene; medical advice presented as personal to a reader; copied material; and marketing for anything other than your own practice.

Not our content, and not advice. Posts are the author’s words. We do not write, verify or endorse them. Nothing published here is medical advice or a substitute for care from someone who knows your situation.

We can remove any post, at any time. At our sole discretion, with or without notice or reason, including for reasons unrelated to these terms. We may also suspend or permanently withdraw a listing’s ability to publish.

Reports. Every post carries a way to report it. We read reports and act on them at our discretion; we are not obliged to act, and acting on one report implies nothing about any other.

Limits. Publishing requires a current premium subscription and a verified listing, and is capped at 30 new posts per calendar month. We may change these limits.

The site is ours. The design, the code, the tag taxonomy and the matching behind the Wellness Shadchan belong to ITQIX Technology Group LLC. Listings and posts belong to the providers who wrote them.

If something here infringes your copyright, tell us. Write to info.itqix@gmail.com with the work concerned, where it appears on this site, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. We remove infringing material and may remove the listing that published it.

What we are not liable for. To the fullest extent the law allows, FrumHealth.org and ITQIX Technology Group LLC are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site; from anything a provider publishes here; from any contact, chat, call, appointment or care that follows from it; or from any failure of the peer-to-peer features. This includes indirect, incidental and consequential loss.

A cap, so the figure is not open-ended. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

You cover claims caused by what you published. If a claim is brought against FrumHealth.org or ITQIX Technology Group LLC because of a listing or post you published, or because you broke these terms, you agree to cover the resulting costs, to the extent the law allows.

Some of this may not apply to you. A few places do not allow certain exclusions or limits. Where that is true, those parts do not apply and the rest still stands.

These terms change. We update them as the site changes. The date at the top says when. Substantive changes are announced on the site; continuing to use it afterwards is how you accept them.

We can end access. We may suspend or terminate access to the site, or to a listing, at our discretion.

If one part fails, the rest holds. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and everything else stays in force. Not enforcing something once does not waive it.

This is the whole agreement. Together with the enrollment form consent, these terms are the entire agreement between you and ITQIX Technology Group LLC about the site. You may not transfer your rights under them; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction.
