A warm, grounded space for when life doesn't go according to plan.

About

There are times when life changes, and you realize you can’t simply go back to the way things were. Maybe something happened that you never expected: a health diagnosis, a loss, or a relationship shift. Or maybe you’ve slowly grown into a different version of yourself. Either way, figuring out what comes next can feel a lot harder than it looks from the outside.

Chronic illness, grief and loss, and major life transitions are primary areas of my practice. My clinical training and early work focused on trauma care and supporting survivors of abuse, and I continue to work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relational stress, and burnout. I often work with people trying to make sense of experiences that have left them feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward.

My approach is relational and depth-oriented, tailored to each individual. I draw from various evidence-based modalities and frameworks, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic principles. I am trauma-trained and use these approaches flexibly, based on the individual and what they are working through. Rather than relying on generic advice or quick fixes, we slow things down and look at the underlying patterns, emotions, and experiences shaping where you are today.

Therapy can be a space to slow down and make sense of what has changed, especially when it’s hard to put into words. My goal is not to help you return to who you were before, but to support you in figuring out what feels true and possible for who you are now.

I offer virtual therapy to clients in New York, New Jersey, Florida, and Israel. This can be especially helpful for those balancing life between the U.S. and Israel, or for young adults navigating a gap year in Israel.
