Compassionate, skilled support for mothers adjusting to the challenges of motherhood. You can feel better. I can help.
About
Pregnancy, infertility, the postpartum period, and every stage of motherhood brings so many physical and emotional challenges. And then there is also what lives quietly beneath the surface: the pressure to be the ‘perfect’ mother, the fear of messing it up, the invisible weight of expectations. I work with mothers who are high-functioning, motivated, and deeply committed to their families, sometimes to the point of forgetting themselves.
Whether you’re a new mom navigating postpartum anxiety, depression, or OCD, a mother of toddlers feeling overwhelmed, or someone wrestling with the trauma of your own childhood, therapy can be a space just for you. My style is warm, dynamic, and real. Our sessions might include deep reflection, practical strategies, learning new skills, or working with inner parts. You don’t have to be falling apart to deserve help. In fact, sometimes the strongest thing you can do is say, "I am going to get myself some help."
Therapy with me is alive, conversational, and forward-moving. I believe change doesn’t have to take years, and I work with clients in an immersive, engaged way that helps them move toward growth and clarity.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in both New York and New Jersey. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health by Postpartum Support International (PMH-C) and completed mentorship with the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). My favorite part of my job is watching my clients blossom and start to thrive.
