I am a licensed clinical socialworker.
I bring almost 40 yrs to my work that I still love! I have been trained in Family Systems work,
CBT and DBT work. Helping people access their strengths and work towards living more fulfilling and meaningful lives is what I do best. This sometimes includes developing strategies to regulate mood and behavior as well as set attainable goals. Mostly....I join you in your journey towards health and balance!
