“ADHD isn't as much a knowledge problem as it is a follow-through problem. Coaching is about building the structure that carries you from intention to done, built around how your brain actually works.”

About

I'm an AACC-certified ADHD coach (ADDCA) based in Jerusalem, working with adults, parents, and bachurim, both in person locally and online worldwide. I also serve as a mashgiach in a yeshiva, giving me an inside understanding of the world many of my frum clients are navigating.
I help clients build practical systems for time management, task organization, focus, and daily routines. These are the kinds of systems that hold up on a hard day, not just on paper.
My focus is reducing overwhelm and helping people follow through and finish what they start, whether that's in learning, work, or home life. Together, we look for strategies that fit the individual rather than forcing someone to work in a way that doesn't fit their brain.
I work with clients around ADHD, executive function, time management, focus, routines, procrastination, and follow-through. I also specialize in working with bachurim/yeshiva students, frum adults, and parents.
