Better sleep. Better wellbeing. Practical, evidence-based support.
About
I help adults and teenagers improve sleep and wellbeing using practical, evidence-based approaches.
My work combines behavioural sleep interventions, psychology, coaching and many years of pastoral experience as an ordained rabbi. I have a particular interest in insomnia, stress-related sleep difficulties, anxiety-related sleep problems, trauma-informed sleep support, and helping people build sustainable habits that improve both sleep and daytime functioning.
I also work with therapists, schools, organisations and community groups to improve sleep knowledge and develop sleep support services.
I am affiliated with the Bar-Ilan University Wellness Research Lab and am part of the Sleep Support Centre team, delivering sleep education, professional training and individual support.
Whether you're struggling with sleep yourself or looking to develop healthier routines and improve wellbeing, my aim is to provide clear, compassionate, practical guidance that leads to lasting change.
