Better sleep. Better wellbeing. Practical, evidence-based support.

About

I help adults and teenagers improve sleep, wellbeing and day-to-day functioning using practical, evidence-based approaches.

I specialise in insomnia and sleep difficulties, using behavioural sleep interventions and CBT-I (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia). I also draw on CBT, coaching and pastoral experience to help people manage stress, burnout, anxiety-related sleep difficulties and the pressures of everyday life. My work often focuses on practical coping skills, emotional regulation, sustainable habits and making meaningful changes that improve both sleep and daytime wellbeing.

I particularly enjoy helping people who feel overwhelmed by stress or perfectionism, struggle with self-esteem or find it difficult to switch off mentally. I also support people navigating life transitions, changes in family or work circumstances, and other periods of increased pressure.

As Rabbi, I bring a Torah-based, culturally sensitive approach when this is meaningful to the person I'm working with. I have particular experience working within the Frum community and understand the unique pressures, values and rhythms of Orthodox Jewish life. I also have a particular interest in supporting men and teenagers.

Alongside individual support, I work with therapists, schools, organisations and community groups to improve sleep knowledge and develop effective sleep support services.

I am affiliated with the Bar-Ilan University Wellness Research Lab and am part of the Sleep Support Centre team, delivering sleep education, professional training and individual support.

Whether you're struggling with insomnia, stress or simply feeling that life isn't working as well as you'd like, my aim is to provide clear, compassionate and practical guidance that leads to lasting change.
