Private, encrypted chat & video. How it works

Great to meet you! Life is not a bed of roses. We all have challenges all the time. How we face challenges matters and oftentimes this is too difficult to navigate. Each new stage in life brings its own new challenges. However, with each new challenge comes a new opportunity. By learning to overcome the challenge effectively, we are more capable of embracing the opportunity. This is hard. Very hard. As a social worker, I help people face challenges and make them into stepping stones for increased growth. A motto I created based on the above is “change will happen regardless; you might as well be in control of what and how you change. If change were an option, then the world would still look like when it was created.”

About

The goal-oriented approach and therapeutic relationship are top priority. This is felt in every session. You will find more of your strengths than you have known you had. I try to cultivate a warm, supportive and empathic environment.
