Are you looking for the kind of therapeutic work that efficiently gets to the core of what's going on for you and facilitates lasting, holistic healing and meaningful transformation? With nearly ten years of counseling experience, I offer an integrative, depth-oriented approach to psychotherapy.

About

My approach is integrative and depth-oriented, combining Jungian psychology, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational EMDR, and systems theory. I believe that symptoms and struggles carry meaning and that healing comes through understanding; not simply managing; what lies beneath the surface.

Alongside my clinical work, I have spent more than two decades immersed in movement, breathwork, yoga, meditation, and Jewish education. Mothering three children has also deeply shaped my understanding of growth, attachment, resilience, and the complexity of family life. These experiences, together with Jewish mysticism and ritual, inform my understanding of healing and offer additional pathways to growth when they resonate with my clients.

I specialize in working with women and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity. My goal is to create a thoughtful, collaborative space where you can deepen self-understanding, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.
