I work with individuals, couples, and teens navigating depression, anxiety, relationship strain, neurodivergence, sexual health, and the kind of stuck places that don't have a clean diagnosis attached.
I have a Master's in Clinical Counseling with post-graduate training in both cognitive and psychodynamic approaches. My work draws from couples-specific tools like PACT and Gottman, grounded in evidence-based, and attachment science, somatic work, CBT, DBT, and expressive arts.
I also specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals & couples, including those navigating ADHD or ASD.
My style is warm and direct, with curiosity and just enough humor to make the hard stuff feel a little lighter.
