My perspective is deeply informed by an attachment lens—I understand people and their challenges within the context of their relationships, both past and present. I believe that healing happens in the spaces where we feel most deeply seen and valued—whether within our relationships with others or in the way we come to relate to ourselves.
About
I bring an empathic and gentle presence to my work with individuals and families navigating a wide range of life transitions and adversities. At the heart of my approach is a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship—I believe it is the cornerstone of meaningful work in therapy. Building that connection with each client creates a safe and grounded foundation from which healing and growth can emerge.
I’m especially drawn to working with people who are seeking to understand themselves more fully, process their experiences, heal from past wounds, and move forward in life with greater clarity and intention. I value the collaborative nature of therapy and consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they do this courageous work.
Some of my areas of focus include couples issues, dating struggles, life transitions, relational distress or trauma, family therapy, perinatal and postpartum concerns, the parent-child relationship, as well as anxiety and depression.
