Golda Ryabinsky, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who graduated from Chamberlain University after 12 years of experience as a registered nurse. She has additional specialized training in perinatal psychiatry and provides psychiatric care to women and girls of all ages, as well as boys through age 18. Golda believes strongly in a collaborative approach to mental health care, taking the time to educate patients about their diagnoses and treatment options so they can make informed decisions about their care. She works with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that respects their personal beliefs, values, needs, and goals. In addition to medication management, Golda incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques into treatment for patients who would like therapy to be part of their care. Her goal is to help patients better understand themselves and their symptoms while developing practical skills that support lasting emotional well-being.
