Private, encrypted chat & video. How it works

I help thoughtful, capable people make sense of themselves, the worlds they inhabit, and what they actually want to do next. The work is rigorous, curious, shame-free,, and allergic to false binaries—psychology or tradition, ambition or integrity, sensitivity or strength, healing or performance. Sometimes you need support; sometimes you need a better map.

About

I am a Certified Professional Coach who came to coaching by way of a legal and executive career spanning complex litigation, corporate leadership, organizational strategy, and advising senior decision-makers. My work is especially suited to thoughtful, capable people navigating complexity: leadership, career and business decisions, identity, relationships, meaning, performance, transition, and the places where the old map no longer quite fits the territory.

I have a particular soft spot for people who’ve been told “you have so much potential,” “you’re too much,” “not enough,” or who have received enough consistent feedback to leave them feeling like the people around them don’t understand how hard they’re actually trying—or what they’re actually attempting to achieve. People who feel stuck or constantly behind, and are exhausted or fed up with the lack of progress.

My coaching style is holistic, integrative, rigorous, curious, practical, and non-shaming. He draws from developmental psychology, systems thinking, somatics and nervous-system literacy, philosophy, meaning-making, and years of working in high-stakes professional environments, while staying firmly within the bounds of coaching rather than therapy, legal advice, or diagnosis. The goal is not to force people into a prefabricated model of who they should be, but to help them see more clearly, choose more deliberately, and build a life that is both more effective and more fully their own.
