Anxiety. Women’s health and life transitions. Warm, supportive, and action-based therapy focused on meaningful, lasting change.

About

I am an LCSW-C, an Orthodox Jewish mother of three, and a psychotherapist. I am a trauma-informed, integrative therapist who helps clients navigate anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions, grief, emotional regulation, marriage and relationships, and women’s mental health, including body image, self-esteem, parenting and motherhood, perinatal and postpartum experiences, and perimenopause.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, CPT, IFS, ACT, and somatic techniques, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, with an emphasis on tangible progress, practical tools, and meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, structured, and empowering space where clients can process their experiences, build resilience, expand their emotional toolbox, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and agency.
