I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C) with 13 years in the mental health field, specializing in men's mental health. I help men from the frum and Orthodox community with what's often hardest to talk about: trauma, family and marriage issues, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and addiction. I understand the community's language and pressures, and therapy with me is a private, judgment-free space.
My approach is genuine and direct. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, mindfulness and DBT to help clients build self-awareness, regulate emotions and break destructive patterns. I see adults in person at my Lutherville office and by telehealth throughout Maryland and Florida, and I'm in-network with most major insurance plans.
