Slow down. Breathe. Come home to yourself.

About

I'm Ariel Bergman, a certified breathwork facilitator and founder of InVision Breathwork. My work comes down to one thing: helping men slow down, be in their bodies, and stop abandoning themselves — to be present with what is.

Most of the men I work with arrive carrying anxiety, stress, or a heaviness they can't quite name. We breathe, we slow down, and things begin to shift — and underneath it all, they start to rediscover a joy and lightness they forgot they had. No experience needed, and no need for the right words. Just show up and breathe.

I offer 1:1 sessions in the Pikesville/Baltimore area, along with men's groups for those who want to do this work in the company of other men.

This work changed my own life. I started InVision because men need a space where they can truly feel what they're feeling — without judgment, without fixing, without performing — and come home to their inner joy that's been there all along.
