My vibe: safe, balanced masculine energy. Grounded. Raw. Deep. Alive. I believe deeply in the power and capability that every person carries within. My mission is to create spaces where people can get real with themselves, let go of the defenses and protections that no longer serve them, and give life to what has been within them all along — waiting to be born, expressed, and fully alive.
About
My approach begins with awareness and clarity. As human beings, our experiences can become deeply entangled — what actually happened, the story we created around it, the emotions we carry, the beliefs we formed, and the ways we learned to protect ourselves. Transformation begins when we can slow down, separate those pieces, and see clearly what is actually happening within us.
From there, I facilitate experiential processes that help people go deeper into what may be standing in the way of fully accepting themselves, pursuing what they truly want, or allowing parts of themselves to come alive. Depending on the person or group, this may include inner-child work, exploring protective patterns, processing difficult or traumatic experiences, stepping beyond familiar comfort zones, and creating new experiences of connection, expression, and choice.
Breathwork is a central part of my work. I see breath as life itself — neshama, the breath of life that Hashem continuously gives us. Through conscious breathing, we bring life and presence into places within ourselves that may have become constricted, disconnected, or shut down. Then the breath can help us see more clearly, access what the conscious mind alone may not reach, release what we are ready to let go of, and create space to embody something new. I use breathwork both as a deep process of its own and as a way of integrating other transformational work.
For me, however, awareness and a powerful experience are not the end goal. Transformation becomes meaningful when we begin to embody what we have discovered. That can mean practicing a new way of relating to ourselves, using affirmations intentionally, taking an action we previously avoided, or making small, realistic commitments that support who we are becoming. I don’t believe this happens overnight or through simply telling ourselves something once. It is a process of slowly building a new relationship with ourselves and giving more life to what is true and alive within us.
My work today is primarily centered around breathwork and transformational group processes. I facilitate groups ranging from friends who want to experience breathwork together to deeper facilitated workshops and group experiences designed for connection, awareness, emotional processing, release, and transformation.
