Elizabeth is an eating disorders and body image therapist with specialist experience supporting women, including those within the Orthodox Jewish community. She works with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, body image, and perinatal mental health, and also offers coaching for engaged and newly married women.
Elizabeth holds graduate degrees from Columbia University and worked in various hospitals and private practices in New York. She now works at London's Nightingale Hospital as well as in private practice. She uses a combination of CBT, DBT, and ACT to help clients move forward.
Elizabeth also offers parent consultations to support families navigating a child's ED recovery.
These sessions provide practical guidance on creating a healthier environment that promotes positive body image and wellbeing. She also offers premarital/newlywed support for women navigating body image, eating concerns, intimacy and transition to marriage.
