Relational, Insight-Oriented Therapy for Meaningful Change
About
I’m a psychotherapist who works with individuals, couples, families, and groups. My approach is relational and process-oriented, with an emphasis on understanding the patterns, emotions, and relationship dynamics that shape how we experience ourselves and others.
I draw from psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed approaches, while incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I believe therapy is more than simply addressing symptoms or finding quick solutions. It is a space to slow down, develop greater awareness, explore what may be underneath our struggles, and understand the patterns that can keep us feeling stuck.
I work with concerns including relationships and intimacy, couples and premarital counseling, anxiety and depression, trauma and emotional processing, addiction and recovery, men’s mental health, sexual health and sex therapy, infertility-related concerns, and interpersonal difficulties.
I also provide interpersonal process group therapy, where the relationships and interactions that develop within the group become part of the therapeutic work. Groups provide an opportunity to explore how we connect, communicate, protect ourselves, and relate to others in real time.
