I strive to create a warm, open, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely understood, supported, and empowered to take ownership of their healing. I help adolescents and adults better understand themselves, strengthen emotional regulation and coping skills, build self-esteem, and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.
About
Ariela is a social worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University, and she currently practices as a therapist at The Naomi Center. Ariela believes that therapy is a space where clients should feel safe to show up exactly as they are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Her goal is to build a genuine connection with each client and create a space where clients can work to better understand what they’re experiencing, recognize their strengths, and develop tools that feel practical and meaningful to them.
Ariela is DBT trained and draws from DBT and CBT-informed techniques, along with somatic and mindfulness-based practices, grounding strategies, and other approaches tailored to each individual. Whether clients are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with self-esteem, navigating anxiety or depression, or simply feeling stuck, Ariela meets them where they are and supports them in building greater self-awareness, confidence, and compassion for themselves.
