Parenting support rooted in connection, respect, and understanding.
About
Parenting can be deeply meaningful, and it can also be incredibly hard. Whether you’re struggling with tantrums, sibling conflict, boundaries, anxiety, aggression, big emotions, or the day-to-day challenges of raising children, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
For over 10 years, I’ve been supporting parents as they build relationships with their children that are grounded in connection, mutual respect, and understanding. My work is influenced by Nonviolent Communication and developmental psychology, and I focus on helping parents understand what may be happening beneath behavior rather than relying on punishment, rewards, or fear.
I don’t believe there are perfect scripts or one-size-fits-all solutions. Every child, every parent, and every family is different. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, better understand your child, and discover approaches that feel aligned with your values and your unique family.
Parents often come to me for support with toddlers, children, and teenagers, including power struggles, boundaries, emotional regulation, sibling conflict, cooperation, and navigating challenging behaviors with greater confidence and compassion.
I strive to create a space where you can think out loud, feel understood, and leave with greater clarity about the next step that feels right for you and your family.
