The photo on the form
The form needs a photo before it will submit. Upload your own, or if you would rather not, save one of these and upload it instead.
Only providers see Wellness Buddy profiles. For now every profile shows one of these pictures, chosen by gender; your own photo is kept with your sign-up.
The form opens in Google as , the account you signed in with. If Google asks which account, choose that one.
A Wellness Buddy is a peer, not a clinician. FrumHealth.org runs the Wellness Buddy system and is not a health service.
