I'm Ariella Herman, a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern in Florida, practicing under clinical supervision at Evolving Psychological. I work with children, individuals, and couples who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught in the same painful patterns over and over. My approach is attachment based and draws on Imago Relationship Therapy, helping you understand where your patterns come from so you can bring what's been hidden into the light and actually change it. With kids, I create a safe, playful space to work through big feelings, behavior, and changes at home or school, and I partner with parents along the way. With individuals, we explore relationships, attachment, self understanding, and the parts of you that are hard to look at. With couples, we focus on communication, conflict, rebuilding trust, and feeling close again. My goal is a warm, honest space where real growth can happen.
