About
My approach is eclectic and integrative because I believe therapy should fit the individual—not require the individual to fit a single method. I draw from cognitive behavioral, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, mindfulness-based, supportive, person-centered, strengths-based, and relational approaches according to each client’s needs and goals.
I am active, practical, and collaborative in session. I listen closely, identify underlying patterns, and offer honest feedback and concrete tools that clients can use in everyday life. At the same time, I take a holistic view, considering emotional well-being alongside relationships, family dynamics, physical health, routines, values, and sense of purpose. My style is warm, intuitive, and insightful, with a playful sense of humor that helps therapy feel comfortable and human.
In my work with couples and parents, I focus on communication, trust, conflict resolution, shared expectations, and becoming a stronger team. I also support men’s mental health while honoring strength and traditional values. I help men build emotional awareness and healthier relationships without treating masculinity, responsibility, discipline, or commitment as problems to overcome.
