It's time to discover that there was never anything wrong with you in the first place.
About
True growth begins when you feel safe, seen, and genuinely accepted. My goal is to create a space that feels warm and authentic, where you can explore your story without judgment. Together, we'll go beyond just surviving - tapping into tools that help you build lasting connections, heal from past wounds, and move into a more fulfilling life with greater resilience and purpose.
f you’re here, you probably belong to the club that no one signs up for. You’re an over-functioner - the one who handles it, the one who doesn’t fall apart even when there’s plenty of reason to, the one who has always had to hold it together.
And somewhere underneath it all, there’s a question you don’t often let yourself ask: How did I become this way, and what would it actually cost me to stop?
I built this practice because I’ve sat with that question in my own life. What I’ve come to understand, slowly and not always gracefully, is that most of what feels broken in us was handed down - not made. The work is figuring out what’s actually ours, and what we’re allowed to put down and leave behind.
“Most of what feels broken in us was handed down, not made.”
That changed everything for me, and it’s the foundation of how we work with every person who comes through our door.
Almost every painful pattern in your life - the way you go quiet when you’re hurt, the way you find yourself playing the same role in your relationships (often not the role you want), the way you can’t let yourself rest - grew out of a relational wound you didn’t choose. Some happened to you. Some were handed down before you were even born. These patterns can change, especially when you have support from someone willing to go there with you.
That’s the work we do. We help you trace the patterns back to where they started, understand why they made sense once, and start building something different now.
