Thoughtful, personalized mental health care that sees the whole person, not just the diagnosis.
About
I’m Bruria Eisner, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 14 years of clinical nursing experience across critical care, transplant, and post-anesthesia recovery. Years of caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives shaped the way I practice today: listen carefully, look at the whole picture, and never reduce someone to a diagnosis.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD, mood changes, stress, burnout, and women’s mental health concerns. My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I want you to understand what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and to be an active participant in deciding what comes next.
Medication can be an incredibly valuable tool when appropriate, but it isn’t the whole picture. Sleep, nutrition, exercise, relationships, stress, and lifestyle all matter. Together, we look at those pieces and develop a treatment plan that makes sense for you, whether that includes medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, or a combination.
Above all, I want my patients to feel heard, understood, and cared for as people, not diagnoses.
