I work with children, adolescents, and adults seeking compassionate, personalized support for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. Many clients come feeling overwhelmed, struggling with symptoms, or searching for a provider who will listen and understand. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment plans using evidence-based care. I also have a special interest in supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions.

I take the time to learn about your unique experiences, challenges, and goals to develop an individualized treatment plan that combines evidence-based psychiatric care, medication management, and brief therapeutic approaches when appropriate.
